Terms of use

VoicePad is a website run by an independent, anonymous team. It lets anyone create a Solana token on Meteora's bonding-curve programs, gives every coin a live voice room, and pays part of each coin's trading fees to holders who listen in its room.

We don't create, sell, promote or back the coins launched here. Anyone can launch one. A coin appearing on VoicePad is not an endorsement.

You connect your own wallet. Every launch, buy and sell is a transaction you review and sign yourself. We never hold your funds, we can't move them, and we can't reverse a transaction once it's on-chain.

Keep your seed phrase private. VoicePad will never ask for it.

Each trade pays a 1% fee on the bonding curve: 0.8% goes to the coin's listener pot, the rest to Meteora. Every 10 minutes the pot is split between holders who were in the room, based on time listened and tokens held (a holding must be worth at least $20 to count, and a wallet needs at least 1 minute of such listening in a round to earn). The full rules and every payout receipt are public on the site.

Payouts are automatic but not guaranteed. A round can be smaller than expected, carried over, or paused (for example if the pot doesn't match on-chain trades, or during maintenance). We may change these rules going forward; changes are announced on the site and never applied to rounds already paid.

Rooms are live and public. What people say is their own opinion, not ours, and can be wrong or misleading. Never buy something because someone in a room told you to.

Hosts can mute and remove people in their rooms. Holders can report a speaker; if enough different holders report the same person, they're muted automatically for 10 minutes.

Don't use VoicePad for anything illegal; to scam, impersonate or harass people; to share hateful, sexual or violent content; to manipulate a coin's price or farm payouts with tricks; or to break or overload the site. We can hide coins, remove people from rooms or block access when we see this.

You must be an adult (18+) and allowed to use crypto where you live. Don't use VoicePad if you're on a sanctions list or in a place where this is prohibited.

Nothing on VoicePad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will always work, be error-free or keep its value. To the fullest extent the law allows, the team isn't liable for losses from using VoicePad, from coins launched on it, or from third-party services it relies on (Solana, Meteora, wallets, hosting).

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using VoicePad after a change means you accept it.
