Privacy
We collect as little as we can. There are no accounts, no emails and no trackers. Most of what VoicePad shows is public blockchain data anyway.
What we store
Your wallet address, when you sign in with your wallet (a signed message, no transaction).
One session cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days). No advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser also remembers your sound on/off choice and whether you've seen the intro.
Who is in which room: wallet (if signed in), whether you hold the coin and whether you're speaking. This is shown live to everyone in the room.
The listening ledger: every 10 seconds you're in a room while signed in as a holder, we record your wallet, how many tokens you hold and their dollar value. It decides payouts and is published with every receipt so anyone can check the split.
Coins you launch: name, ticker, description, links and image. The image and details are stored permanently on Arweave and on the Solana blockchain, so they can't be deleted.
Reports you make about speakers, kept for moderation.
Voice
Voice is relayed live between people in a room through Cloudflare's real-time network. We don't record rooms. Anyone in a room can hear you, and anyone could record what they hear, so don't say anything you wouldn't say in public.
Services we use
Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (voice), Helius (Solana data), Railway (the payout service), ArDrive/Arweave (permanent coin images) and Meteora (the trading programs). These services see technical data like your IP address when your browser talks to them, under their own privacy policies. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Public by design
Wallet addresses, trades and payouts on Solana are public and permanent. Payout receipts on VoicePad show wallet addresses, listening time and amounts paid. That openness is how anyone can verify payouts are fair.
Your choices
You can use VoicePad without signing in (you just can't trade, talk or earn). Sign out any time to end your session. To ask us to remove off-chain data tied to your wallet (like room history or reports), message us on X at @voicepadfun from an account that can prove the wallet is yours. Blockchain data can't be removed by anyone.
