Risks
Please read this before you trade. Coins launched here are highly speculative. Most lose most of their value, many go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
Coins can go to zero
Anyone can launch a coin in seconds. There's no review, no team checks, no promise of anything behind a coin. Prices move fast and can drop to nothing. Early buyers, creators and large holders can sell at any time. Check the holder stats on each coin page (top 10 holders, what the creator holds) before buying.
Listener payouts can be zero
Payouts come only from real trading fees on that coin. No trading means no payout. Your share depends on how many others are listening and holding at the same time. Holding a coin to earn payouts doesn't make it a good investment: a small payout can be wiped out by a small price drop.
Voice rooms aren't advice
People in rooms can be wrong, biased, paid to promote, or trying to scam you. Hosts can be the coin's creator with every reason to hype it. Never trust a call because someone sounded convincing, and never send anyone funds or your seed phrase.
Technology risk
Coins trade on Meteora's programs (bonding curve, then a locked pool after graduation). Meteora can upgrade those programs and VoicePad doesn't control them. Bugs in any program, wallet, the Solana network or VoicePad itself can cause failed or lost transactions. Transactions can't be undone.
VoicePad can pause payouts or launches to protect users. A paused payout carries over; it isn't lost, but it can be delayed.
Scams and look-alikes
Scammers copy names, tickers and logos of popular coins. Always check the contract address (CA) on the coin page. Scammers also send tiny transfers to your wallet so a look-alike address shows up in your history; never copy an address from your transaction history.
Laws and taxes
Rules for crypto differ by country and can change. You're responsible for following the law where you live and for any taxes on trades and payouts.
